Zendesk for Startups: up to two years of Zendesk free
Credit amount (provider's words)
6 months free for every accepted startup; up to 2 years free (Professional Suite + Copilot, up to 50 agents) depending on funding and partner
As stated by Zendesk; not a guarantee. Zendesk decides who is approved.
Zendesk for Startups extends the usual 14-day trial to up to two years of Suite Professional plus Copilot for qualifying new customers, for up to 50 agents. Every accepted startup gets six months by default. The one- and two-year terms are reserved for startups that apply through a Zendesk VC or accelerator partner, depending on that relationship, team size and funding stage.
Zendesk for Startups extends Zendesk's normal 14-day trial to a startup-length free period of the Professional Suite and Copilot. Everyone accepted starts with 6 months. The headline 1 or 2 years is only available through Zendesk's VC and accelerator partners.

No India-specific terms published. Zendesk's FAQ welcomes bootstrapped companies, but the form's legal note says the offer is for companies with outside funding (Angel to Series B); confirm before relying on it if you're self-funded.
