Annual Pro Plan
- Pro-rated refund available within 30 days
- Refund calculated based on unused months
- Example: Cancel after 2 months of a 12-month plan = 10 months refunded
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
2. Promoted Listings
Campaign-Based Promotions
- Non-refundable once campaign goes live
- Campaigns can be rescheduled before activation
- Full refund available if campaign hasn't started
- Campaign modifications available within 24 hours of purchase
Why This Policy?
Promoted listings involve immediate placement in our directory and marketing channels. Once live, the promotional value has been delivered and cannot be reversed.

- No payment methods required for basic features
- Account deletion removes all data at no cost
4. How to Request a Refund

- Eligible refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund to original payment method
