Terms of Service

1. Agreement and Entity
By accessing or using SuperLaunch.in ("the Service"), you enter into a binding agreement with Hostao LLC, a Wyoming corporation located at 30 N Gould St, Ste 4000, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
- "User" means any person accessing SuperLaunch.in
- "Founder" means a user who submits or claims a startup listing
- "Content" means any data, information, or materials submitted to the platform
- "Pro Plan" means paid subscription services offering enhanced features
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use SuperLaunch. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Account Creation
- Accounts are created via LinkedIn or Google OAuth authentication
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You may not share your account or impersonate another person
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Service Tiers
- Submit startup listings for approval
- Basic profile management
- Community features (upvoting, comments)
- Enhanced profile customization
- Analytics and insights
- Priority customer support
- Additional features as specified on pricing page
- Featured placement in directory
- Increased visibility and traffic
- Campaign-based pricing as specified
5. User Content and Submissions
Startup Submissions:
- You may only submit startups you are authorized to represent
- All information must be accurate, current, and not misleading
- We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing
- Duplicate submissions may be merged or removed
Content License: By submitting content, you grant SuperLaunch a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform and in promotional materials. You retain ownership of your content.
User Reviews and Comments: User-generated reviews and comments are subject to moderation. We may remove content that violates community guidelines.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in:
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent startup information
- Artificial manipulation of upvotes, rankings, or reviews
- Spamming, phishing, or defrauding other users
- Scraping or automated data collection without permission
- Attempting unauthorized access to platform systems
- Posting illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Impersonating other individuals or entities
- Violating intellectual property rights
7. Intellectual Property
- Platform IP: SuperLaunch's platform design, code, branding, and proprietary features are owned by Hostao LLC
- User Content: Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us usage rights as described above
- Trademark: "SuperLaunch" and related marks are trademarks of Hostao LLC
8. Payments and Refunds
Pro Plan Subscriptions:
- Billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (₹)
- Full refund available within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked
- Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds within 30 days
- Payment processed via Stripe or Razorpay
Promoted Listings:
- Non-refundable once campaign goes live
- Can be rescheduled before campaign activation
- Campaign terms specified at time of purchase
9. Platform Disclaimers
- SuperLaunch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee listing accuracy, platform uptime, or specific outcomes
- We do not endorse or verify submitted startups
- Platform traffic and ranking results may vary
- Third-party integrations and links are provided for convenience only
10. Limitation of Liability
Hostao LLC and SuperLaunch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the 3 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hostao LLC, SuperLaunch, and their affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from user violations of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of the platform.
12. Account Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations
- Users may delete their accounts at any time
- Startup listings may be removed for policy violations
- Paid subscriptions continue until cancellation or termination
- Some data may be retained as required by law
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. For users located in India, Indian courts shall have concurrent jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation for 30 days
- Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
- Courts of competent jurisdiction as a last resort
14. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation. If unsuccessful after 30 days, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
15. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
16. Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the complete agreement between users and SuperLaunch. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
