How HubSpot for Startups works
Credit types and validity
- 90% tier: 90% off year one, 50% off year two, 25% off year three
- 30% tier: 30% off year one, 15% off year two
- Discount applies only to net-new Professional or Enterprise products

How the credits are applied and when they expire
This is a price discount, not credits. You check eligibility on hubspot.com/startups, sign up through the startup flow and buy Professional or Enterprise products on an annual commitment; the tier discount is applied to those net-new purchases. Existing subscriptions don't qualify, and after the discount period you move to standard HubSpot pricing.
For founders in India
No India-specific terms published. Indian startups qualify the same way: through an approved partner (HubSpot lists 4,000+ VCs, accelerators and incubators in its partner directory) or venture funding verifiable on Crunchbase, Pitchbook or Harmonic.
