Superhuman for Startups gives eligible early-stage companies 12 months free on the Superhuman Mail Business Plan for up to five teammates, including Auto Drafts, Ask AI, Auto Labels and the HubSpot and Salesforce integrations. You need to have raised no more than $10M in equity, have fewer than 50 employees, and be backed by one of Superhuman's approved startup partners.

Superhuman Mail gives partner-backed startups a free year of its Business Plan, including the AI features and CRM integrations, for a small founding team. Access goes only through Superhuman's approved startup partners (accelerators, investors, incubators).

How the credits are applied and when they expire

Apply on the Superhuman startups form with company, funding and partner details. Once approved, your team gets the Business Plan free for 12 months for up to 5 members. Superhuman doesn't publish post-year pricing on the startup page.

For founders in India

No India-specific terms published. Eligibility depends on being affiliated with a partner on Superhuman's approved list; check whether your Indian investor or accelerator is listed.

How to apply, step by step

  1. Check that your accelerator, investor or incubator is on Superhuman's partner list ("See List of Partners" on the startups page)
  2. Click Apply Now on superhuman.com/products/mail/startups and submit through your partner
  3. If your backer isn't a partner, ask it to apply to the Startup Partner Program first

  • Proof of your affiliation with an approved partner
  • Superhuman does not publish a document list

Common reasons applications are declined

  • Raised more than $10M in equity funding
  • 50 or more employees
  • Not associated with an approved Startup Partner (VC fund or accelerator)

Tips before you apply

  • Check the Startup Partners list first; partner affiliation is mandatory
  • If your investor isn't listed, choose 'Other' and name them, and ask them to apply to the partner programme
  • Apply before anyone on the team starts a paid Superhuman subscription: existing customers aren't eligible
  • Choose your 5 seats carefully (founders and the heaviest email users)
