How the OVHcloud startup program works

Credit types and validity

• Start level: €10,000 in free cloud credits for 12 months (US site: up to $12,000), plus 6 hours of 1-on-1 engineer time
• Scale level: vouchers up to €100,000 for Series A+ startups, allocated after assessing 12-month infra spend (US site: up to $120,000)
• Vouchers cover Public Cloud and Hosted Private Cloud; GPU only V100, V100S and RTX 5000; Bare Metal and Web Cloud generally excluded

How the credits are applied and when they expire

Vouchers are tied to the OVHcloud customer account you name in the application. You can't switch accounts later. Invoices for eligible services, including ones you already run, are paid automatically from the vouchers. An invoice larger than the remaining balance isn't auto-paid, so you request a manual part-payment from your regional programme manager. Ineligible products are charged to your payment method. Participation lasts up to 12 months from contract signature, and unused vouchers are lost.

Approval time

OVHcloud says it will tell you whether your application is accepted within 7 days.

No India-specific programme terms are published. The programme runs from regional OVHcloud sites, in euros on startup.ovhcloud.com and in dollars on us.ovhcloud.com.

2. Submit the application at any time (rolling)
3. OVHcloud says it will tell you within a week whether you are accepted

Common reasons applications are declined

• Project not linked to a professional startup activity (NGOs, associations, etc.)
• Company already took part in an OVHcloud Startup Program (previously Digital Launch Pad)
• False, incomplete or vague information in the form
• Contentious activity such as traffic exchanges, black-hat SEO, crypto mining or game bots
• Project better suited to the OVHcloud Partner Program or Marketplace

Tips before you apply

• Don't apply with a personal OVHcloud account: the vouchers attach permanently to the account you choose.
• You need at least a POC or MVP and a near-term need for cloud infrastructure, because vouchers expire within the 12-month term.
• Check OVHcloud's eligible-products table before ordering. Ineligible services (e.g. most Bare Metal) go to your card.
• There is no exclusivity: you can join even if you are in a competitor's startup programme.
