Eligibility

• Startups or companies with fewer than 25 employees, with a business or monetisation strategy
• Valid business email required
• No one-off projects, no products for children aged 18 or under; no agencies, consulting firms or SMBs
• Paying self-serve customers can apply; existing enterprise customers cannot; one application per company

How the credits are applied and when they expire

Sign in to (or create) the ElevenLabs account you want the grant on, then apply via the form describing your startup, team and growth. On acceptance ElevenLabs applies the grant plan and credits to the account you applied with. After 12 months, or once 10,000 credits remain, the plan converts to Free unless you choose otherwise. Characters cannot be resold or exchanged.

Within one week (ElevenLabs says it will let you know if accepted)

For founders in India

No India-specific terms published. Indian startups apply on the same global form; a valid business email (not a personal Gmail) is required.

How to apply, step by step

1. Sign in or create the ElevenLabs account you want the grant applied to
2. Click 'Apply' on elevenlabs.io/startup-grants and describe your startup, team and expected growth
3. ElevenLabs says it will tell you within one week if you are accepted
4. On acceptance the grant plan and credits are applied to the account you applied with

• Business email
• Description of the product, team and growth plans (from the form); no document uploads are published

Common reasons applications are declined

• No business or monetisation strategy, or a one-off project
• No valid business email
• 25 or more employees; agencies, consulting firms and SMBs are not eligible
• Products for children aged 18 or under
• Existing enterprise customers; more than one application per company

Tips before you apply

• Apply from the exact ElevenLabs account you will build on — the grant attaches to that account
• Use a company-domain email; personal addresses are rejected
• Explain the monetisation plan clearly, since one-off or non-commercial projects are excluded
• Track usage: the plan drops to Free when 10,000 credits remain

Terms to know

• After 12 months, or once 10,000 credits remain, the plan converts to Free unless you choose otherwise
• Characters cannot be resold or exchanged; ElevenLabs will not sign NDAs for applications
