A startup changes positioning, rewrites the landing page, opens a new acquisition channel, tweaks onboarding, or sharpens the pricing frame during a live launch. Signups may hold steady. Demo requests may even tick up. Then support starts feeling different. More clarification questions appear. More users ask what the product actually does. More prospects need extra handholding before the same next step. The launch move may still look acceptable in top-line numbers, but it is now costing the team more explanation energy than before. Without a threshold for that drag, founders often keep the experiment live too long.

I would keep one page with:

What I got wrong before
